Apricum is pleased to announce that Marc Wallenstein has joined the firm as Senior Advisor, bringing more than 25 years of experience across renewable energy, infrastructure, cleantech, e-mobility and project finance.
At Apricum, Marc will draw on his expertise in transaction structuring, financing and negotiation to support clients across the energy transition. Throughout his career, he has led major M&A processes, structured equity and debt financing, arranged international project finance, and supported fundraising for start-ups, scale-ups and real assets. His expertise also extends to applying game theory in transaction processes, helping optimize outcomes in complex negotiations and competitive sale processes.
Marc is managing director of Wallenstein Green Finance, an advisory he founded over a decade ago. Most recently, he was managing director at vertical PV start-up infravoltaic, and previously VP at e-mobility scale-up Sono Motors and Partner – Private Equity and M&A at TWS Partners. Prior to that, he held senior roles at Capital Dynamics, Goodyields Capital, and Viscardi.
Marc’s combination of transaction, financing and entrepreneurial experience adds valuable expertise to Apricum’s advisory team and clients.
