Investment bank sell-side execution follow standard processes. Ours are no different, but Apricum input is elevated in two ways:

Buy-side
Apricum excels in bilateral buyside transactions, leveraging its exceptional network and intimate management relationships to source off-market win-win opportunities. We also support clients in buyside processes, applying hands-on industrial expertise to derisk valuations and protect client capital.
Our knowledge of opaque market pricing delivers tangible value. We educate our client, protect our client, and deliver elite modelling and execution capabilities. We will never push a client too far on valuation.

Committed to transparency, we only introduce your company to potential investors explicitly approved by you beforehand.
Commercial due diligence – Identifying the real risks and value in a deal
Our commercial due diligence services are a core strength, driven by strong demand for independent, sector-specific insight across the energy transition. With deep expertise in cleantech technologies, business models and markets, we provide clients with a clear assessment of value drivers and transaction risks.
To ensure full independence, we do not conduct due diligence on transactions where we advise any party in another capacity. Our strategy and technology experts work closely with our transaction teams to evaluate each opportunity across all relevant commercial and technical dimensions.
