Apricum – The Cleantech Advisory has announced the successful completion of its recent M&A sell-side mandate supporting the full-service photovoltaic provider Klarsolar during its acquisition by E.ON Energie Deutschland. Klarsolar was founded in 2018 and covers the digital planning, sales and installation of PV systems, storage solutions and EV charging devices for residential customers in Germany.

For the acquisition of Klarsolar, Apricum’s team leveraged its global network and assisted in partner identification and negotiations, demonstrating the firm’s commitment to providing guidance and support through the M&A process.
