Apricum – The Cleantech Advisory is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Krzysztof Ignaciuk as director to run its new Dubai office and expand its strategy consulting and transaction advisory business in the MENA region.
Mr. Ignaciuk brings over 14 years of experience in investment banking and management consulting in the energy, utilities, manufacturing and public sectors and will be tasked with driving Apricum’s advisory services business in the MENA region, applying an impressive breadth and depth of expertise in strategy, value creation, transformation and M&A.

Before joining Apricum, Mr. Ignaciuk was a senior manager at Strategy& / PwC in Dubai where he led strategy teams working on a range of transformation mandates across the utilities, financial and public sectors. Prior to that, he spent several years as executive director, corporate and investment banking at Santander in Warsaw. There he was responsible for origination and execution of capital market and M&A transactions in Poland and the CEE, focused on the power and renewables sectors. Before that, he held positions at McKinsey & Company as an engagement manager, at Goldman Sachs as an associate and at Merrill Lynch / Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an analyst.
Mr. Ignaciuk holds a master’s degree in business, finance and administration from the Warsaw school of Economics and a master’s degree in law from the University of Warsaw.
