Dr. Richard Mazuski
Apricum – the Cleantech Advisory is happy to welcome Dr. Richard Mazuski as the latest senior consultant to join its renewable energy strategy and transaction advisory team. Based in London, Richard’s strong competencies in solar cell materials, industrial chemicals and polymers, as well as corporate finance experience will enhance Apricum’s ability to offer its growing list of international clients the engineering-level expertise and professional guidance that will enable them to drive an efficient and successful renewable energy transition.
Richard joins Apricum from McKinsey and Co. where he was an associate based in Chicago. In this role he led workstreams on market strategy, due diligence, and operational transformations across chemicals, basic materials, and energy industries. This work included defining value pools for decarbonized offerings for a Fortune 100 specialty chemicals producer and assessing the strategic placement and addressable market valuation for companies in the logistics, EVs, healthcare and professional financial services industries.
In addition to his PhD in physical chemistry from the University of Chicago, Richard also holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and another in music performance. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Richard is an accomplished cellist and enjoys travel, cooking and sports in his free time.
