Joseph Ciccone
Apricum, the Cleantech Advisory is happy to welcome its newest colleague, Mr. Joseph Ciccone. Joseph joins our Berlin office as a consultant where his unique blend of renewable energy experience and practical commercial skills will help Apricum’s clients to accelerate and benefit from the global renewable energy transition.
Joseph brings strong competencies that range from business model analysis, product strategy, venture building, financial raising and investor relations, to Li-ion stack development, energy storage, green hydrogen and electric vehicle technology. Joseph gained his knowledge as a researcher for the Paul Scherrer Institute, Switzerland’s largest research center for natural and engineering sciences before becoming the COO of Gaia Membranes, a Swiss startup dedicated to energy storage. Before joining Apricum, Joseph was an innovation consultant at the agricultural equipment and services company CNH Industrial.
Joseph acquired an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs in Turin, Italy before earning a Master’s in materials chemistry from Scotland’s University of Edinburgh. Born in Kent, England, Joseph enjoys cycling, photography and plays the drums in his free time.
