With expertise in solar energy, distributed generation and off-grid hybrid energy solutions, Stefan brings a wealth of renewable energy knowledge and a broad strategic consulting skillset to our team. By leveraging the talents of professionals like Stefan, Apricum remains committed to empowering clients with innovative strategies, optimized business plans and valuable market insights in the renewable energy sector.
Stefan’s core functional competencies include strategy development and implementation, operating model design and implementation, and extend to change and transformation management, project management, process redesign and shared services. With a diverse professional background spanning freelance consulting roles with Total Energies, Kearney & FTI Consulting and key leadership positions with Enerwhere, Accenture Strategy and the Dubai Economic Council, Stefan possesses a deep understanding of the renewable energy industry gained from a variety of perspectives and activities.
During his career, Stefan has played a crucial role in leading initiatives such as establishing a Public Private Partnership (PPP) for an industrial/commercial solar/diesel-hybrid power plant in the Empty Quarter of Saudi Arabia and refining processes to enhance the efficiency and scalability of Total Solar Distributed Generation Middle East.
Stefan holds an Executive MBA from WHU/Kellogg and a Bachelor’s degree in European Finance and Accounting from Hochschule Bremen, Germany and Leeds, UK. Fluent in English and German, he is well-equipped to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders across diverse geographies.
