Willi brings extensive experience across M&A, corporate finance and strategic advisory, with deep expertise in complex financial modeling, valuation and deal execution. Over the course of his career, he has supported clients ranging from startups and SMEs to large corporates across a wide range of industries, advising on buy-side and sell-side transactions, fundraising, commercial due diligence and business transformation initiatives.
A CFA Charterholder with entrepreneurial and consulting experience, Willi combines analytical rigor with practical business insight. His expertise in developing sophisticated financial models and translating complex business situations into actionable insights will provide significant value to Apricum clients navigating transactions, growth strategies and investment decisions. Willi holds an MSc in Global Banking & Finance from the European Business School London
