December 14, 2022, Berlin: Apricum, the Berlin-based transaction and strategy consulting firm specializing in renewable energy solutions, has announced the successful completion of their recent capital raise mandate to support Swiss agrivoltaic solutions provider Insolight’s deployment scale up.
To secure the required capital for Insolight’s planned growth, Apricum advised Insolight through the entire investor mandate process, including deal structuring, partner search and negotiations up to closing support. With the capital raise executed, Insolight is well positioned to seize the untapped agrivoltaic opportunity and deliver commercial roll-out and portfolio growth.
