Apricum – The Cleantech Advisory is delighted to welcome Daria Kuzmina to our team as a Project Manager based in our London office. With deep expertise in integrated energy companies and industrial goods, Daria brings a robust set of strategic and operational skills that will help our clients accelerate the renewable energy transition.
Daria’s core functional competencies include strategy design and implementation, operating model design and implementation, business transformation, large capital project management, business development, and decarbonization. Her experience encompasses reviewing go-to-market strategies and supporting vendor due diligence for hydrogen storage producers, transforming management practices for non-operated assets in European oil and gas, and defining operating models for CCS and hydrogen business units. Notably, she operationalized a business development function for an energy company and led a planning team for a large copper mining and processing project.
Daria holds a Master’s in Economics from the New Economic School and a Specialist degree in Mechanics and Applied Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University. She is fluent in English and Russian, which enables her to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
