Ritika specializes in the field of asset management and investment banking, showcasing a unique blend of skills in strategy development, project management and decarbonization analysis that is essential for guiding clients through the energy transition.
With a focus on change management, project management, decarbonization analysis, digital transformation, data visualization and analytics, Ritika Kapoor brings a diverse skill set to Apricum. Her proficiency in these areas enables her to adeptly navigate complex challenges in the renewable energy sector, guiding clients through strategic transitions and facilitating data-driven decision-making processes. Ritika’s keen understanding of decarbonization strategies and her ability to implement innovative digital solutions make her a valuable asset in driving sustainable growth and advancing the global energy transition.
During her tenure at Amundi, Ritika contributed to ESG-driven investor engagement for utilities and energy issuers in support of a fossil free economy. Additionally, her role as a corporate analyst at J.P. Morgan involved digital transformation, change management and developing target operating models for banking operations.
Ritika holds a Master’s in sustainability and social innovation from HEC Paris and a Bachelor’s in electronics and communications engineering from Punjab Engineering College. Ritika is fluent in both English and Hindi.
