Giovanni Sturiale, part of our London-based transaction advisory team, has been promoted from associate to vice president. Giovanni has consistently upheld our client-first culture, demonstrating outstanding transaction experience, and making significant contributions to the success and development of the transaction advisory group.
Next, we are delighted to announce that Dr. Benjamin Silcox has been promoted to senior consultant in recognition of his exceptional consulting skills and commitment to Apricum’s highest standards of performance and client focus. Benjamin has played an integral role in advising clients across the renewable energy sector and his contributions have been invaluable to our organization and the global energy transition.
Finally, Solbin Kim, previously a senior consultant on our strategy consulting team, has taken a lateral shift and has joined our transaction advisory team as an associate. Based on numerous successful transaction projects and personal interests, Solbin brings a wealth of experience to the team and will be contributing across various transaction projects such as M&A, fundraising, JV, and due diligence, accelerating and enabling and effective global energy transition.
