Dr. Beatrice Möller
Apricum is pleased to announce that corporate legal expert Dr. Beatrice Möller has joined its senior advisor team. Ms. Möller has more than 13 years of experience in corporate, energy and general commercial law. She is a senior legal counsel specialized in the management of M&A transactions, and she advises on regulation issues in the energy and capital markets sector. Other areas of focus include the handling of civil proceedings, including litigation and arbitration and miscellaneous compliance topics, particularly in the field of banking and finance. She is greatly interested in projects related to global development, sustainability and energy issues, primarily in the financial services and renewable energy sector and in Africa.
Ms. Möller has held senior roles at Linklaters LLP, Freshfields Bruckhaus Dringer LLP, 24/7 Trading GmbH and MVV Energie AG.
Ms. Möller holds a PhD in law from the University of Mannheim, Germany and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Capetown, South Africa.
Based in Berlin, Germany, Ms. Möller will work with Apricum on a range of strategy consulting and transaction advisory projects.
