Apricum – The Cleantech Advisory is pleased to welcome Georges Saliba as our new Project Manager, based in our Paris office. Georges brings extensive expertise in conventional power utilities, renewable energies, EV charging infrastructure, and engineering and manufacturing. His skills will be invaluable in helping our clients accelerate the renewable energy transition.
Georges’ core functional competencies include strategy development and implementation, operating model design, M&A due diligence, carve-out, and post-merger integration, financial modeling and analysis, market analysis and report writing, project management, and stakeholder management and communications. He has developed a business model for a digital flexibility aggregation platform, created a Demand Side Management strategy, and assessed the commercial performance of an EV Charging network, among other notable projects.
Throughout his career, Georges has held several key positions, including Senior Manager at Arthur D. Little and Manager at Accenture Strategy. His experience spans multiple M&A advisory firms, where he served as a Senior Consultant, contributing significantly to value creation and due diligence assessments for private equity firms.
Georges holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma, a Master’s in Energy Technology Economics and Management from IFP School, and a Master’s in Science and Executive Engineering from Mines ParisTech. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Georges brings a diverse and comprehensive perspective to our team.
